During 1990 to 1994, he played for several teams that won combined championships for as many as 24 times.

Cecil Smith

Cecil Smith is another great Polo player who is known for his contributions towards the popularity of the game. He was born on 14th February, 1904 at the Moss Ranch near Llano, Texas. He started playing Polo in 1924 and also worked for a horse trader. From the year 1938 to 1962, he was a 10-goal player. In the year 1930, he won the Monty Waterbury Cup and also won the US Polo Championship, a staggering 5 times.
Juan Carlos Harriott

The rich history of Polo would be incomplete without mentioning the name of Juan Carlos Harriott. He played polo from 1953 to 1980 and is regarded as the greatest player of all time, along with Adolfo Cambiaso. He became a 10-goal handicap player and maintained the top sport hierarchy until his retirement. He has won the Argentine Open Polo Championship 20 times.
