Wallerstein, June 27th, 2011 – The third international Rolls-Royce Girls Only Polo Cup at Wallerstein Castle, presented by Procar Automobile, ended with a final victory for theGize/Tamara Comolli team. In a nail-biting, high-paced finish, the team held sway with 6:1 againstRolls Royce/Procar Automobile, captained by Argentina’s Mummy Bellande and Princess Anna zu Oettingen-Wallerstein.
The Ladies impressed the 2,000 enthusiastic spectators and sponsors with their skills.“It was a tough game, but fair and the British players unfortunately this time simply out played us with their excellent team play”, sums up the Hereditary Princess Anna zu Oettingen-Wallerstein. The team Falke came in third at 4:2, captained by the barely 19-year-old exceptional Argentine player Kata Bunge.
The evening programme at Wallerstein Castle was also planned with great attention todetail; with a Friday evening cocktail under the motto “White night” in the form of a 4-courseset menu reserved exclusively for the players – true to the “Girls only” motto – and cateredfor with rosé champagne by champagne producer Ruinart.
