POLO GIRLS SOCIETY AT A GLANCE
The Polo Girls is serving an international membership. The Polo Girls exists to connect women to learn, play and enjoy polo for business and for fun.
Since its inception in 2009, the Polo Girls has served as a portal to polo and touched the lives of tens of thousands of women. Polo Girls has Chapters throughout the United States, along with international Chapters in UK, and Argentina. They offer a wide range of organized polo and non-polo activities, learning programs, volunteer, social and networking opportunities for both novice and experienced polo players.
The Polo Girls is dedicated to inclusiveness and diversity in its membership and seeks to provide timely, valued benefits and services to Polo Girls members to promote the growth of women’s polo and enrich the lives of women through the game of polo. The Polo Girls also serves as an advocate for positive change on issues of importance to women polo players.
Polo Girls members join the Association and may select a local Chapter as a part of the base dues. Members may also join additional local Chapters for an added fee. Chapters are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Polo Girls Chapter activities typically include: 1 major tournament; monthly ‘after work’ 4-chukker league play; business networking and social functions; weekend polo outings; polo rules and etiquette seminars; education programs; charity fundraising events; and volunteer installation and recognition events.
